Samvedana, is my route to associate with a cause very dear to my heart, but which my hectic corporate career prevents me devote time to. I firmly believe that providing  good education to the underprivileged children is the best route to set them up to ‘be all they can be’.  As the old idiom goes, you give someone fish to eat, and you have fed him for a day… you teach him how to fish, and you have fed him for life. I have known Samvedana for almost a decade and have supported their cause as an individual, as also as a corporate patron in my years as Chief Executive Officer for Vodafone Gujarat. And in both roles, I have been pleasantly surprised with the passion and commitment of Janki Vasant and her team of selfless volunteers. I have always known that every penny of the resources we have lined up to support Samvedana has been well spent. My team at Vodafone always looked forward to the Samvedana Corporate cricket tournament, not just because we have probably won it a record number of times, but because this was our opportunity to meet and play with the Samvedana team, and the lovely children they support. I wish Samvedana all the very best for the future years, and assure them of all my support at all times.
